Fresh Fruits and Veggies too Expensive? NOT!

Eating the recommended amount of fresh fruits and vegetables is the backbone of a healthy diet. Fresh fruits and vegetables are beneficial to just about every organ in the body.

One common misconception is that itʼs more expensive to eat fresh, whole foods. According to a U.S. Department of Agriculture survey, you can purchase three servings of fruits and four servings of vegetables for well under two dollars. Thatʼs a lot less expensive than having cancer, high blood pressure or heart disease.

Caricoʼs Ultra-Tech II Waterless Cookware is a great way to seal in all the vitamins, nutrients and flavor of your vegetables.
Caricoʼs Ultra-Vac Food Storage System will keep your fruits and vegetables fresh even longer.

Caricoʼs Juice Extraction System is an easy way to supplement your diet and build your immune system.

  1. When Carico came out with ultra vac I thought that they had out done themselves.

  2. We love all the Carico products and use all of them in our homes.

  3. One of my sons is in the Air Force and he is currently stationed abroad. I send him care packages every week. Some of the items that I send him would not keep their freshness (coffee, creamers, candy, etc.). Not anymore! I bought a set of Carico Ultra Vac containers with two air pumps. My son keeps one Carico air pump and some of the containers with him. When I send him his weekly care packages, I always send him containers with the items that I want to keep fresh. At the same time, he sends me the empty containers that I sent him the previous week.

I also use the Carico Ultra Vacs at home to store ham, cheeses and various deli items. Last, but not least, I have the two Carico Ultra Vac Cake containers which I use for fresh baked cakes and for bakery bought breads.

  4. I use carico products every day.
