Juice your way through this cold and flu season!

With the seasons changing and the kids going back to school, cold and flu season is in full effect. The most effective method of preventing a common cold is to strengthen the immune system. We find that the best way to do that is through juicing!

Here's a great juice recipe to help boost your immune system this cold and flu season....

Spring Tonic
Handful of parsley
4 carrots, greens removed
1 garlic clove
2 stalks celery

Bunch up parsley and push through hopper with carrots, garlic, and celery.
